sweet, it's been 7 months...i think that's a record!!!!!
Well...got the engagement pictures back! i love them. I've already picked out which ones i want to use for the invitations, picture for people to sign and for the news paper. Wes moved into the apartment right one top of mine! hilarious!!! i finally got my Surgical Technologist Certification exam done. yay for a tiny raise. wedding plans are slow and the reception hall is making me nervous but they said "don't be nervous" HAHA.

oh yeah...damn the people who made new year resolutions to work out and are actually following through, they are taking up my space to work out....i mean, just hurry up and break your resolution so i can continue on my workout regiment! jk

The RUMORS are true. We're getting hitched!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!! I'm sure not too many people that read this don't already know the news, but i'm gonna type it on here anyway just in case! Happened this past monday (our 5 year anniversary) and we still don't know a date......so ill fill everyone in later when i know more, but that could be a few months LOL

we all need to find a day and eat. that would be rockin.
work blows. it's busy!!! saturday i worked for 13 hours straight...i was walking dead on my feet.
what movie should i go see this weekend? has anyone seen anything lately other than Pirates? i've seen that. i want to see Ocean's 13 really bad. working out every day is tiring too. but it's worth it. I got in the pool yesterday, i think my leg hair grew an inch....it's surely not ready to swim in...far too cold. So i lost my phone at the end of this past winter...and the other day as i was playing cards w/my family, my dad gets a call and it's Oakview mall....they say "has anyone on this line lost a phone reciently?" my dad says "no" and hangs up...LOL....now...1) he didn't ask me and most importantly 2) I'm Karli.....now he's HAS to know my abilities to lose phones...it must have slipped his mind. haha...so i called them back and they have my phone. I wonder how the heck it got to omaha! anyway, that's my story

so i finally got my own internet! i've been w/o the internet for so long i can't believe it i do like this dragging the cable cords and laptop around the house..hehe it's awesome to lounge and type.
i still don't have cable tv...but whatever, all the shows i watch are on the channels i get w/bunny ears!
i'm thinking about getting a new bike. right now i'm using rob's dad's old bike...i like the bike, but if we're gonna go biking on some trails he will have to have that bike and my old one is crappy, so it looks like i get to buy a new one! woohoo...yay for uncles who own bike shops and can get them whole sale for you! easter is around the corner! ham...yum. that's all i've got. have a good week/weekend!

What a busy couple of weeks. It doesn't seem like I did too much when I look back on the weeks...but it sure feels like it. I have Friday off, but i'm on-call and I work on Saturday...so it's never ending! but it's ok really, cuz the ol' paycheck loves it. Plus it's Tax return time!!! woohooo! It's spent!
I totally just bought Fraggle Rock on DVD...it's the greatest thing ever. I used to watch it everyday! Boober! BoBo! Red! Mokey!

Cheers! <--they say that a lot...it's funny

am having a great time here in england. when i first got here we jumped into a multicolored cab (a vodka sponsored cab) and went back to rob's flat. it's cute....decorated nicely...the clothes washer and dryer are built together and are located in the kitchen! HAHA. I ended up taking a nap for 4 hours to catch up w/this timezone. then we ate and walked around Reading. Got some pies ( like pot-pies ) and picked up some groceries. Everything in the stores looks like the organic section in U.S. stores. it all looks great. Walking back i almost got hit by a car because I forgot that they drive on the wrong side of the road! pfft! the cars are so lil' here. like roller skates. The next day we got on the train and then a bus to go to Salisbury where rob had to work for 3 hours during the night loading a program or something. Anyway i slept in the hotel while he worked...they have towel warmers in the bathrooms....wow..that's nice! We went to Windsor Castle. Then to Stonehenge. Ate at some pubs..had good food some pie thing and an English Beef burger LOL
the next day we went to the roman baths in the Town of Bath Spas....i think that was my favorite so far. it was just cool to see how the baths worked and how they built the system to regulate the heat throughout the bathhouse
Yesterday we went to the natural history museum in London which was awesome except it was packed because the kids were everywhere. apparently it was school break and the parents were taking all their kids to the museum. and there were tons of people there for London Fashion week. No one in this country wears tennis-shoes. they all dress up and wear long boots w/jeans...long heel boots w/skirts even when they are just shopping. it's kinda crazy I felt super under-dressed the whole time...but whatever lol went to the London Eye, Big Ben, the London Bridge, and the Tower bridge....then ate some Tapas food....they brought out 14 different lil' portions of food for us to try....some lamb casserole, squid...and some normal foods like chicken and potatoes I tried them all tho!
anyway that brings us to today thursday....tonight we're supposed to go eat curry w/some work buddies.
